Apologies I forgot to include a reminder about PE in the notes I posted up for this week. Don’t forget about PE! At this time in particular it is very important for us to get fresh air and exercise. We need to stay positive and look after our physical and mental health. Try and start each day by doing a Joe Wicks work out. He has a workout every morning at 9 on his youtube channel. I’ll be up and joining in so I hope you will be too!
In the afternoon try and take in some fresh air and go for a walk or a run if you feel up to it. Maybe you can take your mum or dad or another family member out with you to join in the walk or run. Remember to stay safe & follow HSE guidelines.
